This is it, Boys. This is the order form. We'll finally take your scratch. The book will be at the printer in a few days, will be back, packaged (plain brown wrapper)(Hey, that oughta be the name of a Latino rap act, shouldn't it?) and posted by the end of the month.

Those lucky losers who stepped up with their wadded-up, greasy dead presidents a few years ago will get theirs first. We hope they'll show the book off - it's so damn good - and use the order forms enclosed with them to order some more of them.
